The idea
One person, the depth of a team.
With models as the workforce, one person can carry a product from research to the pager without handing any of it away. The models do the labor. The judgment — what to build, what to refuse, what to fix first — stays with the owner.
Three products are the whole portfolio, on purpose. Each one is researched, designed, engineered, and operated by the person who answers for it. No growth theater, no roadmap of things that will never ship.

A companion for the time between therapy sessions. Every conversation ends with an insight placed on a visible map of you, or one small exercise made for you — and it remembers, so nothing has to be said twice. A companion and coach, not a therapist.
